This lovely Shaker Style music box plays Fur Elise (Beethoven). The movement is a spring wound 18 note musical movement with key. The sound produced is just lovely, both with the box lid removed or in place.

The box is finished with oil and wax inside and out then hand buffed. Giving a highly lustrous and hardwearing finish, as well as helping to cover marks and scratches enhancing the natural beauty of the wood.
