We handcraft our Shaker Oval Boxes with pride and if for any reason, an item does not live up to your expectations, please contact us. We promise to handle any problems promptly and courteously.

Before placing an order please make sure that the sizes quoted in my product description suit your needs. Many of my items may be of the same design but sizes may differ.
Packaging
All products are packaged in double-wall thickness postal boxes, with bubble wrap.
Shipping
We use national postal and reputable courier services, with tracking when available. Shipping costs do vary from product to product according to weight and size, my aim is to only cover the actual cost of postage and packaging.
Processing Time
My aim is to package and post out the same day or the following working day.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
